Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 4 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Returns requested after 4 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Opened makeup products

  • Opened perfumes or fragrances

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing from your order

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request quickly, kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be arranged using a mutually agreed method.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Cosmetic Castle will assist in resolving the issue.

If the return is requested for other eligible reasons, return shipping arrangements and costs may be discussed with our customer support team, depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled according to this Refund & Return Policy.
